Privacy Statement for Photo Booth Activation

When participating in the digital photo booth activation (“the Booth”), Pierce only collects and utilizes information about you that you voluntarily provide. Examples of such information that you may choose to personally provide include: your photograph, your name, your email address and/or your phone number.

We will only use your information for facilitating the service you are requesting by participating in the Booth.

Pierce uses a third-party supplier to host the Booth and, therefore, any information that you voluntarily provide is directly provided by you to this third-party.  

Your information will not be sold or otherwise transferred to other unaffiliated third parties without your approval at the time of collection, unless such transfer is necessary to facilitate the services that you are requesting by participating in the Booth. 

The information you voluntarily provide is stored for a period of two years following your use of the Booth and is then permanently deleted.  Upon request, Pierce will take reasonable efforts to delete your personal information. It may be impossible to delete a user’s information without some residual information because of backups and records of deletions.

All Pierce employees involved in the Booth activation are trained to handle your information in a confidential manner. Disciplinary sanctions that may include dismissal are imposed on employees who deviate from such standards of care. 

Pierce is an independent company that supports Horizon-BCBSNJ in in the administration of this photo booth. Pierce is independent from and not affiliated with Horizon-BCBSNJ or the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
